"I began working in RSU 29 in 1993. I have worked in a variety of positions: Ed-Tech, Title I Tutor, Special Education Teacher, and Certified Wilson Reading Instructor. I have worked at Lambert School, HES, HSS, and currently HMHS. I have been privileged to work with caring, cooperative staff in all of those positions. Administration in all three schools have been supportive and placed the needs of students at the forefront. Our district offers opportunities for continued personal and professional growth. I feel fortunate to have been connected to one district for my entire educational profession. Even after all these years, I love going to work each day and can’t imagine my life without my coworkers, my students, and their families!"

"My name is Cindy Mooers, and I have been teaching Art at HMHS since 2017. In addition to watching students deepen their learning in Visual Arts, one of the best parts of my job is getting to see the students develop who they are as people. As the only middle and high school art teacher in the district, it is my privilege to work with many of the same students year after year and see them gain confidence in themselves as they grow up. HMHS is a strong community where students are valued and I am proud to be a part of it."

"As a Title I Interventionist, I work with classroom teachers and students to help fill educational gaps through intervention programs. I enjoy working with students and witnessing their "lightbulb" moments when they master a concept. There is never a dull moment when working with middle school students, and they always keep me on my toes. RSU 29 is like a big family, and I know I have fellow staff and team members who I can ask questions, discuss concerns, or share successes."
